MECHANICAL ENTREPRENEUR
Frank Jr. Kuperman is an entrepreneur and an engineer to all things mechanical in Charlotte, NC. He is in charge of product development and CEO at RevMax, the makers of the best high-performance diesel torque converters, transmissions, valve bodies, combo kits and rebuild kits on the market.
Over the past two decades, through dedicated leadership roles at some of the busiest diesel product manufacturing shops in the country, Frank Junior has created high performance diesel parts, produced powerful mechanical teams, driven product development strategy, and built communities for everything from racing to truck enthusiasts.
He grew up in the garage and will not be found working with anything other than metal the rest of his life. Passion turned into obsession a long time ago. Frank is a fan of anything loud and American. When he is not in the shop, you can find him tinkering on his rebuilt Lincoln, flying planes, searching for the perfect bourbon, or trying to break transmissions in his own truck at a race.
Family is everything to Frank. He is very fortunate to have found the love of his life in high school and was recently blessed with a young daughter to raise, maybe even join him in the shop…one day.

Trucks, cars, and planes are critical to the American way of life. Companies build the best machines they can, but sometimes stock just doesn’t do it. To get the most muscle out of your vehicle you need an expert that has been pushing the limit for his entire professional life and knows everything there is to know about high performance. To tow more, win more races and move faster, that’s about Frank Kuperman Jr.
FLYING
Frank has had a very wide experience flying. Starting from his early days soloing in a Cessna 172 he has like everything else pushed the envelope and gotten to the highest levels of aviation. After transitioning from a Cessna 172 he went on to fly Cirrus SR20 and SR22 aircraft. His next plane was a Columbia 400, the fastest single engine piston aircraft. After completing his instrument rating he moved onto multi engine aircraft, achieving his multi engine rating in a Diamond DA-42. Not being satisfied with pistons, he went to the top of the aviation world and became a jet captain in a Cessna Citation Mustang.
FARMING
Frank has rented a space to farm for years in Waxhaw. Waxhaw is a friendly, vibrant prosperous town where history and creativity build a safe and healthy community for people of all ages to live, learn, work, play or grow a business. Frank has been growing Peppers, hot peppers, hatch green chillies, jalapenos, bell peppers, okra… and strains of all different types in the fertile lands of North Carolina. Frank pursues Farming as a hobby and it also acts as a stress reliever. Other than this, he is also into, Old Cars Restoration, House Renovations, Fishing, and Hunting.
